Arts & Maths Project Report

This assignment is individual: each person in your group has to write their own report. You will write a one page report about your Arts & Maths project. It must be one page long. Please include the following in your report:

- The TITLE of your project.

- An EXPLANATION of what your project is about and how it relates to art and maths.

- Explain the MATERIALS that you are using in your project.

- The PROCEDURE you are following (this means the steps you have done for your project) .

- An ASSESSMENT of how your project is going: What is going well? What is going badly? Have you needed to make changes to your project? Is there anything you want to change in the future?

3. In the classroom: Building Bridges. FISHES

Based on the sketches that each one drew in their sketchbooks, you are going to create cards that will be sent to the schools around Coslada, within the project Building Bridges.
For that, you will draw the fish on a cardboard and choose your favourite technique to colour it and to apply the visual textures (coloured pencils, charcoal, watercolours, gouache, acrylics,...).

At the end, you will write a message inside the card, describing something you can do to save the planet.

2. In the classroom. POINT, LINE AND PLANE

We are working on two projects to practise this part of the programme:
1. On an A4 size paper, with a 1cm margin, draw a composition that includes perpendicular lines, parallel lines, 30º angles, 45º angles and 60º angles. Colour it.
2. On an A3 size paper, draw a composition following the music, with lines, points and planes, according to what we studied about Kandinsky. Colour it.

Cada uno de los ejercicios se valorará sobre 10 puntos atendiendo a los siguientes apartados:
   Hasta dos puntos y medio (25%) para valorar la asimilación práctica de los conceptos teóricos.
   Hasta cinco puntos (50%) para valorar la cantidad y calidad del trabajo invertido, la dedicación.
   Hasta dos puntos y medio (25%) para valorar la originalidad, la realización y el resultado final.
